Business Administration Services

ASIC Corporate Administration

Companies registered with ASIC are required to provide information, notifications and payments to ASIC on a timely basis.

It is a requirement for an Australian incorporated company to provide an ASIC Annual Review Statement and notify the regulator of any changes.  The Statement confirms the details and particulars of the shareholders, the directors and the registered address. An annual solvency resolution is also required to be signed and kept in the statutory register.  Although this Annual Return is prompted by ASIC on the anniversary of the date of incorporation, it is the company's responsibility to submit the Statement and pay the Annual Review Fee within the correct timeframes.  Late notifications and payments incur escalating late penalties or, in extreme cases, deregistration.

For foreign companies with a registered branch office, there are also Annual Financial reporting obligations.

Beachhead manages all relevant corporate administration and statutory notifications with ASIC.  This includes ensuring that all required notifications, preparation and lodgement of the ASIC Annual Review Statements, payment of fees and other administration is notified correctly and on time.
